Matter of interpretation.  It was so vague they can take from it what they want, but I don't think GW will give them anymore than a hope.  I don't believe that they got anything, the wizards held the line and drove them off.

See, now we won. :-D

Did they conquer us?  Did they raid Altdorf and plunder the Vaults?

No, they did not.  Hence, the Tomb Kings did not win.  They are insane.

Well, they'd definitely lose then.  With all of the small arms that citizens possess the TK wouldn't know what hit them.

Yes the Tomb Kings won. They won a whole lot of butt-kickings from Bretonnia. :icon_rolleyes: Were they even in the top half??

Did you just compliment Bretonnia?

It's a shame; we were hoping for something to come of that rivalry. We emphasised that the knights of Bretonnia were hunting down Settra for revenge more or less every week. After we ranked so highly and the Tomb Kings so poorly, it would have been nice to see some mention of that quest in the results.

Tomb Kings didn't win, oh no.
Then again, practically no-one won, except lazy writers with big checks for nothing, and Dwarfs, but that was practically a given.

Sorry for my cynicism
So, Ostmarkers wear purple, but it's manly purple, not like that Bretonnian purple.

If those tombs kings think there sooo cool. I say we launch a nuke at them with my greatest invension the Helstorm Nuke Battery and then we'll have the last laugh or we could just head over to Khemri and all start smoking cuban cigars then the'll die for sure .

Of course. I've complimented the Bretonnians (& Empire )many times. They deserve it. They did a fantastic job in the campaign. We were rivals, but I still have deep respect for them. Hopefully a better write-up will be in the White Dwarf.

BTW, the answer is no. History has taught us that time and time again

To the campaign results, remember that discussion not so long ago when me and like 2 other people said dwarves were going to win, partially due to the hard army book and with a lot to do with the BFSP box?

Fine If we can't get along WE SHALL NUKE THEM ALL!!! What we do is present my idea to the emperor and then use the nuke battery to nuke the following people:

-HE- don't like 'em
-DE- Just plain wrong
-WE- Well I've nuked the other two whats the point in not finishing the job???
-TK-Evil mummies must die
-HoC- Why not?
-Bretitand- don't like 'em
-Dwarfs- Just for messing up the NC fluff ending

Please feel free to add to the list

Now now, don't be so rash on the "no nukes" philosophy... Its not like its going to taint the chaos wastes anymore than it is now

Fine If we can't get along WE SHALL NUKE THEM ALL!!! What we do is present my idea to the emperor and then use the nuke battery to nuke the following people:

-HE- don't like 'em      Alright, makes sense
-DE- Just plain wrong  Sure, but the witch elves are teh hot!
-WE- Well I've nuked the other two whats the point in not finishing the job???   Exactely
-TK-Evil mummies must die   Nukes + Mummies = Fun
-HoC- Why not?   Wait, your only reason for killing the bane of all existence is "Why not"!?  WTF?
-Bretitand- don't like 'em   Lets just threaten them and take over their land. They are kind of close, fallout might suck
-Dwarfs- Just for messing up the NC fluff ending   Are we bringing back "Death To Walters" ?
-Stirland- Nobody likes them anyways
-Sylvania- The only way to kill a vampire is a 300ton nuclear warhead (or a wooden stick)
-Ogre Kingdoms- Uh... They have stinky farts
-Cathay- Teach you not to have an army book!!
-Lustria- Lets just use this as a testing ground (maybe we found a way to kill 2nd gen slanns!)

Please feel free to add to the list

Hmmm, less nuke conversation would seem slightly more mature.

Let it be known I also predicted a Dwarf 'win', if one can call it that. At least we now all know that it is far easier to win with a dwarven army than any other (unless GWs campaigns are not representative and therefore worthless), so whenever we are beaten by a dwarven army it is a hollow victory to them and should probably be discounted. Notwithstanding it will be quick as they will have no movement, magic or close combat phase. I would rather face a more tactical opponent such as TK or DE or Skaven, any such loss is good gameplay any such win is the sign of a skilled general.

There again there is the SAD list.
