Isn't it Ulli from the Mordheim range. - with some conversion.

Ulli and Marquand I think - the other guy had puffy sleeves and a rapier.

Yep, that's the guy!  And the rapier dude became the general of my Averland Army and my homage to the real "Lion of Flanders", Johan Museeuw:

That's silly! Playin' with il' statues, pretendin' they're fightin'!  Why not just get a bunch of real goblins and lettem whack it out?

I think of this guy more as a Grand Master.

And of course, the Emperor Sigmar Reborn!
For Wissenland and the Countess!!!

I originally entered this guy in the witch hunter comp last year (or 2012? i forget). Anyway, I specifically refrained from making him as over the top as many witchhunters typically are, so he could see double duty as a hero/captain too. Could easily see him joining a unit of pistoliers or something. :)

This is mine. :)
Now go! Ride towards the sun atop these noble steeds
You're our spandex heroes, now fullfil your destinies
And so we turned and rode beyond the castle walls
with shiny codpiece armour that doth cradle our chivalrous balls

General on foot:

I've seen this figure before. I know yours is a conversion (a wonderful and well-painted one at that!), but what is the original model?

I've been dying to get my hands on one!
No, I'm sending it to people I reckon I can trust. Or, at least, people I think I can murder should it become neccesary.

Without the sword(s) I believe it's from the metal Helblaster Volley Gun, the metal one that is the same size as the current plastic one. His hand is the right height for the crank

Exactamundo! The conversion have been done countless times before- but I think it looks nice and stoic.

Well, I guess I could start with the man.

Here's a collection of my Myrmidian Commanders (from left to right)
Henryk Zweihaender, a northerner & commander of the cavalry (also got a mounted version serving as my Grandmaster)
Lady Myrmidonna (Commander / High Priestess of Myrmidia)
Baron d'Argo, Regimental Esign
Baron Aperto D'Ognisanti (bonus points for the reference), Commander of the Footguard
Quartermaster Pechkatz (rumours say he's a high ranking priest of Ranald, but it's bad luck to say that).

Very nice. Lots of character (no pun intended).

That is awesome! Fantastic model. I am not familiar with the concept of "Knight Eternal" - is that GW fluff? I am reminded - with the big size and white armor and facemask - of Ser Robert Strong from the GoT stuff that keeps coming across my FB feed and which I just haven't got around to reading because people tell me it is all just death and sex and I get enough of that from the news.

Not sure if he's popped in any of the modern Empire fluff but he's certainly mentioned in the older stuff, specifically the Warhammer Fantasy Role Play Guide to Middenheim.
