I missed a tread?   :icon_eek:   Damn, always missing the fun! :icon_cry:

Indeed! :(
I choose too keep "Old Warhammer" alive with my blood sweat and tears.

It's bad that warhammer might die but it would be a tragedy if it stays dead!

The thread supposably missed was started by Mathi himself.

Yes, it was the 'Mathi moans about the campaign' thread. There's one every campaign!  :icon_razz:

Mathi ... you need a space after the icon in that post, so we can see the little green face. :icon_wink:

Good to know you're back in the game, Mathi.

Sometimes we have let downs in these things, and I had faith that you could see the light again. :::cheers:::

This is taking longer than we expected! Turns out we are going to write a lot for the dramatic end to this election.

It will go up tomorrow to ensure that it is the best quality and suspenseful!

Well I'm taking from Mog's post that there is not going to be a second round. Which would indicate that Hornhousen has chosen a side and thus made then the winner. So it comes down to who you think Hornhousen backed.

Could be we are going to see a mini time of the three Emperors...

Well that's not much of a mandate... It turns out my predictions was right. Now excuses me while I blame GP, F and the entire Urenbach faction, instead of myself.  :icon_razz:

I must say that I'm impressed, both by how well F managed to lie to me all campaign and by how Demonslayer managed to convince two factions with more votes then him to back him.

It is quite impressive that he won and how very, very close it was.

Not particuarly helped by a supporter voting for Hornhausen!

Thank you, I appreciate it :).

The "final" fluff update was terrific, it had me at the edge of my seat right until the very last vote. I kinda panicked when saw one of Hornhausen's players not voting for us, but fortunately Riccardi came through for us. So now comes the time to finalize our deals and deal with running an Empire- hopefully it'll be as exiting as the election itself!

The worst thing is that I realised last night how I could have stopped you (maybe). If I'd shown GP the letter where you claimed to have enough support to win, then I might have got him on board and ensured a victory for my own side.

Ahhh, the benefit of hindsight.

Congrats. Very well played indeed!

And can you imagine it? DS went through a campaign without blowing anything up or causing the realm of chaos to leak into our world. ;)

The campaign isn't over yet...

Though, maybe if you guys had listen to me and hit Sudernburg when I told you to we would have had a draw and won via Al-Ulric...

2 armies. One heavily mauled. You really think that could have taken Sud? They also had super dwarf army, which beat the shyt out of us twice there. Perhaps our corpses would have slowed them down?

Where the heck did a dwarf army come from? There were no such force multipliers and NPC armies aviable in the east. Here we had to fight manly, barebreasted and each carrying an eight pound baby! In the true Hochland manner. :closed-eyes:

I took Untergard. They asked what I wanted. Joseph's response sounded like "mercenaries, well paid mercenaries."

Two things dwarfs can't resist, money and fighting.

And my army was fresh wile yours were already bloddied and I came in and fell on your reargard.

The second time 4! armies of Titus came to Suderberg! And I believe most of rusdorf's too...
So 7 armies from the south and one from the north...
No wonder the host got smashed to pieces.

Pretty much. See, this is why we didn't go for Sud.
