That drop pod interior looks really good IMO.

There are 40 different shades of black, so many fortresses and ways to attack.

So why you complaining!

I love those snipers. They look fantastic.

What's your method to convert the rifles? Or are those actually a bitz from somewhere?

Are those Anvil Industry rifles? I saw those myself and liked them - but they were out of stock. Anvil Industry stuff is very nice, if a little delicate.

As are all the models except a few gw bits and flyers.

I have one last order with them to finish the army but im waiting for a sale or the exchange rate to get better before an order. Same for the order of 4 las cannon tarantuas and 2 tarus venators i also need from aliexpress

Ive done some more work on the two deathwatch marines ive started.

Update time. I am still getting through this army at a good place aiming for 3000-3500pts
I have completed the vendetta and made 2 tarantula sentry guns with las cannons. I made the sentry guns out of left overs from my razorbacks. Saved £40 from FW.

I have also been doing the allied inquisition and deathwatch units. I am hopeful of some good things in the agents of the Imperium codex for the inquisitor. I have finished the veterans units, 2 frag cannons and 3 shotguns. It kicks out 7 flame templates a turn, four of which are S7 rending! They are mounted in a drop pod. They are from the 5th Watch company, third squad. I have also done the HQ librarian and nearly finished the Venerable dreadnought, just his base to do. I have used the Contemptor from the betrayal at Calth box set I had spare.
I used this force last game and they did very well. Bonus points for identifying the Chapters they come from.

The deathwatch have go a dreadnought drop pods, 5 vanguard vets and another Librarian to complete which are all made and undercoated.

The inquisitor is still WIP, he is going to have a dark navy blue coat and i'm going to spend 4 hrs on him so he'll be the best painted man in the army. I'm going to try giving him gold guns, not in a gangsta way, more like Scaramanga way. Also completed are the 3 servo skulls that come with the inq. They reduce scatter for deep strike to 1D6 and stop enemy units scouting or infiltrating to within 12" of them and you can set them up anywhere. It really helps to bring in the DW drop pods and DS valkyries of the drop troops.

I have ordered up another valkyrie and the remaining infantry from Mad robot miniatures. They will give me a vet squad in carapace with 3 meltas, shotguns and a heavy flamer and another infantry squad. I have also got some other guys to allow me to convert it into a standard AM list from the codex. Its about 7 extra guys with standard AM only bits like demo charges. I also need to get 2 Taurus venators, 2 more sentry guns and another vendetta to finish the list off.

Everything looks amazing!

Was that inquisitor a character model? I think I've seen it before.

The inquisitor looks like the old Kal Jericho model, or however you spell it.

I love the dread. Especially the gun on him for some reason. The deathwatch look like a good squad, I especially like the salamander and crimson fist shoulder pads. I'll cop to not knowing the sergeants ram horn patch. What chapter is that?

I'm also likely to steal the idea for the sentry guns. I'm pretty sure I have those bits around and that's a great use for them.

It is the kal jericho model. He is a bit tall but a great sculpt.

The librarian and is from the Exorcist chapter.

The sentry guns were very easy to make, steal away. Youll just need some plastikard.

I love the fluff behind that chapter. Good to see it represented.
