So, finally we will find out some information about the Free Peoples, Aelves and Duardin that descended from the World that was.

175 warscrolls.  So, how many warscrolls are there between Stormcasts, Seraphon, Duardin, Aelves and Humans.   If they include Battallions, then I expect a lot of stuff is getting squatted, and put into Last Chance to Buy.

It's blurry, but I think I see the date April 2, 2016. So, less than 2 weeks for this to hit?

Some interesting rumors on dakka, if true the book will be nicely priced and the imperial steamtank will be blowing things up on the battlefields of AoS. :-)

I just opened the app on the Freeguild Guard. There is an option to get them as militia.. So the sprue of the Militia will get incorporated in the state troop pack?

Also.. bad in the app is showing a copied page from the tome

Yeah, I looked it up when you mentioned it. Maybe a start collecting free guild box will give that option for state troops and militia?

Not sure what you mean by a copied tome page though.

It was a picture of the full page instead of the customized thing that is supposed to be in the app.. swiping from the description, stats and abilities (and sometimes a picture)

All the new warscrolls since the Dracoth Guard came out have been like the printed versions,  the pdfs.  If you delete and re-download any, they are now also like that.   I think it's been like that since they updated the app.

I rather liked the swipe option instead of the zoom in crap to actually be able to read that stuff

Sad to see that the new War Altar scroll makes it utterly useless, since the Battleshock Immunity only confers to "Devotees of Sigmar". Also, a little bit scared that the Empire Knights are on the last chance to buy and are not listed within the Free People faction. I just painted and based a vintage War Altar as well as 20 vintage Knights Panther. Would be really sad if I don't get to use any of them in AoS. But hey, maybe I'll get some new toys.

Actually,  me and Stealthknightsteg had that conversation already concerning the War Alter force.

The War Alter's attack range is 20", the formation buff is 12" and the regular buff that hurt the fanatics is at 10".

If you keep your fanatics at 12" inches to deal damage and take it, then move them to the 10" zone to gain the other buffs after taking heavy damage, then you should have a pretty resistant warband left with the War Alter ready to enter the fray and swing the battle.

I'm not worried about knights, the setting has lots of them, the question is if they'll ride proper warhorses. Though our pistoliers and outriders still do so there's a good sign for traditionalists.

So they have basically combined all the elfs, dwarfs, humans, and lizards with the fighting spirits.

The Free Peoples list seems to contain items from the Empire of the Old World.

no new units for Free People though (for now), all repacks from current Empire line, with maybe the Guard taking in the Militia sprue.
Maybe some remakes of models/ units.

Not new units, yet with all the discontinued Empire figures, there'll probably be some new figures.

Let's hope they ain't horrible.
