I'm a fan of Tiger Miniatures. In the U.S., these figures can be obtained via Recreational Conflict, a good outfit.
Suspect the pictures of the Hoplites don't do the figures full justice, although not considered high end, I'm sure. I have some of their other figures from their Herero Wars line, and their Balkan Wars line, and I like both.
I won't likely mix in the Greeks with other company's figures, and keep them in their own units. At the 50 pound level ($60) that's 68 metal figures for under $1 each, can't beat the price point.
Also, he let's us mix and match as desired, so I'm getting 20 hoplites with Corinthian helmets, might get some attacking hoplites for a couple of bases, and 20 hoplites with Thracian helmets to use as mercenaries or Macedonians. Plus the 12 Javelins and 12 Archers are going to be 8 of each with 8 slingers instead of the extra Javelins and Bows.
I'll be using these with the rules called Impetus, and they'll be available for different armies if desired.
