Victor, very well painted as usual.

I yet have my Balthazar to paint. You help me decide to go for the classic yellow-red painting scheme. Great bases btw.

Still need to finish the base and hit her with a flatcoat.

My kislev wizard:

( I took the Kislev idea further east,  and my mordheimers are all kung-fu kislevites ;) )

It's a nice model and a great paintjob but you really shouldn't call this bloke a kislevite!
Surely a top-secret agents mission from cathay could have found it's way into Mordheim?

I can say that I have finally FINALLY finished collecting / gathering all of the old school empire wizard combo types for each magic type mounted and un mounted. I haven't painted any yet but I have them all. I can't wait to see them all together in all their glory. I love all the wizards. I'm considering buying a skull vane manse to display them all on / around when they're done. It will be a while until I get to the, though.

Anyone like a pic of them all untainted?

YES   +1
Then make three times that. It should be enough for half the roof Glue
You could certainly amass quite a collection of testicles

First things first cool set of wizards all  :::cheers:::

one thing that has occurred to me   that I'm sure you all see we have no current mounted wizard models what do people generally do when gaming ?
Do they:
1) just have one or two old mounted wizards and use "counts as X college wizard" and vary from game to game?
2 )use an easy way to kit bash a mounted wizard from say  glade rider legs and the plastic kits?
3) scour eBay for the old mounted wizards ?

its the only thing  that stands out to me that GW have not modelled for our army list

I use the old horse mounted Thyrus Gormann Supreme Patriarch mini to represent any mounted college wizard  :eusa_wall:

When I have enough money I would love to find the old mounted wizards for each college. Not sure if conversions from the current range battle wizards would work  :-(

Not my favorite paint job I've done. Also my first time priming in white. I must say I prefer gray!

Slight case of Threadomancy, but for a Life Wizard, that should be no problem  :-P

My recently finished Jade Wizard... The OSL on the eyes was done after the first pics were taken...

I rather like the bloke in the middle. Something very Babylonian about him; - perfect for a Celestial wizard. When/Where is he from? 1940's Switzerland, if you've got a hold of him...
No, I'm sending it to people I reckon I can trust. Or, at least, people I think I can murder should it become neccesary.

Nice, I still have a lot of those old school wizards.

This is my wizard. I know it's out of focus, as it was a deliberate shot to show the Skaven sneaking up on him, but the idea should be clear.
Now go! Ride towards the sun atop these noble steeds
You're our spandex heroes, now fullfil your destinies
And so we turned and rode beyond the castle walls
with shiny codpiece armour that doth cradle our chivalrous balls
