I think Ian McShane mentioned something about him being dead and gone. I saw it briefly during an article talking about him spoiling stuff and that was one example.

Sansa was all hardcore looking. Some theories have her or Stannis replacing lady stoneheart-revenge character. Also Ser Robert Strong is going to wreck shop in the church. And Davos is standing infront of a bear Sigil banner, perhaps on bear island to find the youngest stark?

Also Bolton vs Wildling army? Also, Frey's are having a feast? Looks like Frey pies are back on the menu, boys!

And I'm so stoked on the Tower of Joy scene!

On closer inspection, looks like a stark banner with a green bit to the side.

For the narrative simplicity I'd say you may be right, he also may be talking to Rickon if thats the case.

Also looking at the trailer again, looks like when Danny is stripped the look in her eye seems to be determined rather than depression (like she was in season 1).  I am very curious on whats going on there.  Especially since we see Drogon flying over the khalassar...  I hope its a duel to lead the khalassar (like the one that got Khal Drogo wounded) and she chooses fire, not unlike her dear crazy father...

Also this new red woman seems to be challenging Tyrion and Varis.

It feels like it's more of the same. Daenerys has shit with Drogon. Night's Watch fights corpses. Jaime Lannister is stirring up shit again. Rinse and repeat. What would have impressed me is a departure from it.
