Campaign Conversion Roundup - Be Part of the Campaign Site
« on: August 13, 2005, 12:40:17 AM »
Hi I’m just wondering if anyone has made any converted models for the campaign. If you have please post pictures of them, and maybe even say how you made it too!

My Conversions:
Graf Martin

Free Forester

Musician

This guy is made from free company legs and the upper body of an old Bret. knight.

Halfling

This one is complicated:
- The head is an empire head from my bitz box.
- The torso is an empire militia that has been cut at the bottom to make it shorter.
- The arms are militia arms cut to be shorter at the shoulder.
- The shield is a night goblin shield.
- The legs are two night goblin “bow-holding” arms with the shoulders and hands cut off.
- The toes are the front of the “bow holding” hand.
- Lots of green stuff was used to fill in gaps and sculpt the back of the kilt

I'd pay an extra 15 points or so to be able to take the engineer out back and shoot him.

I would have but during the lead up I was preparing for a tournament here in South Africa so I don't have conversions for the campaign.

- Sorry

Well, I did some work on some characters, but I don't have a digital camera, so can't post them.

I've got some Ottilian guard done, haveing troubles with the pictures. Read the CMON advice and will try again tonight.
There are 40 different shades of black, so many fortresses and ways to attack.

So why you complaining!

cisse, that’s too bad, still though if you get the chance…

@FR1DAY, I wouldn’t worry TOO much about quality, though I will be redoing my “laptop shots”

Well, I'll try to get hold of a camera, but don't hold your breath.

I did a model for Gernot, basically the body of one of the elector count models I think (can't remember which one), with one of the arms replaced by an arm from the artillery box (the one that points in the distance) and with a great weapon in the other.

And I did some minor conversion work on a few Ulrician warrior priests (one mounted, one on foot) to make them more individual.
