Some holiday photos... what I've been doing instead of reading W-E the past few weeks!

I was setting up our Christmas tree and our dog, Sasha, decided it was hers. She sat down on the tree skirt as soon as it touched the floor (before I could put it in place!) and wouldn't leave until coaxed out with a snack.

My family gave me a bunch of old photos. I've just started going through them and scanning some in. This is me, probably about 2 years old, at Christmas time.

I love those old christmas photos with the rounded corners.  I have a bunch too.  Is it just me or was everything in the world just better/happier back than?

I'm done with that already! Haven't you noticed the difference between my posts when I joined and my current posts?

In any case, by old I mean being like Midaski. So that does include being wise and experienced....

The peak district is lovely, some amazing walks.

Yeah I know, I'm sorry for mistaking you for one of those southern farmer fairies. I'm a midlander also. Though in the more cultured West. :)

All I've noticed recently is that you like Owl City  which puts you at about 12, a few years short of having hair on your balls  :closed-eyes:

But then again, powers of observation go down hill fast with old age.

(your posts have always been intelligent)

you know I luv ya obi!!

anyway,   Nice pics Finlay

reminds me of my beer in the wilderness pics

We had a nice canadian beer called fin de mundo (but we wrote fin de PCT on it becuase we drank them to celebrate the end of our Pacific Crest Trial hike in Canada)  Black Butte Porter from Oregon because we hiked right through the Black Butte area,  and Rainier Beer because its from Seattle like me and has Mt Rainier on it which we also passed on our hike.

Ahh... the taste of victory. makes me want to go out and do it again

Bollocks. Nottingham is awesome. Alan Rickman does black masses there and kills people with spoons. What's not to love?

Alan Rickman owns the cinema in our town. Along with Baldrick and Nick Park. (The Wallace and Gromit man.)

I also quite liked Nottingham, not close as cool as Edinborough but still nice...I liked how many caves they have...it is a little bit like a Skaven Hive city.

I went there and didn't like it at all.

Then again, I don't get around much, so I reckon I'm just attached to my hometown.
