Very good! :eusa_clap:

Just two issues I noticed:

- I don't get the spikes coming out of his head.
- It looks a bit weird where the right arm meets the chest armour.

Good drawing. Very nice Rendering.

However I found it confusing at first glance, until I realized he was cutting down a foe.

Some constructive criticism: I probaby would've added some more 'blur' to the left side of the blade to denote 'movement' The 'blurred out' foe suggests intense movement, thus making your main character appear oddly static. The key though, is the direction you have the blood splattering. Instead of dripping down, have it mostly all going in the same direction as your sword swing. It will reinforce the power behind his blow. Dripping down gives a feeling of slowness; splattering left or right, gives a feeling of speed. Also, it will keep the viewer's eye in the picture, instead of focusing on the bottom of it. The picture would be better served by cropping it at the point right before the gore starts to get darker. That little act would make mostly all of my criticism vanish!

As one artist trying to advise / encourage another: this is actually a VERY well done piece! Please share more!

I'm not seeing an issue, at least not one that can't be explained away by the puffy sleave on that arm.

The armour juts out too far by the look of it, the armour is too puffy, not the sleeve.

But its a damn cool piccy imo.
We go to gain a little patch of ground that hath in it no profit but the name.

How did you get your hands on MY artwork :P. Just joking, personally I love it, it looks as if he's just made his last kill after a long and greousome battle.

I made a poem to go with this, it's not great and I only spent like 10 minuates on it :P, but it might go well with it:

Sharp, shining steel,
Cuts his foe in half,
He does not relent,
Killing all in his path.

Fear is alien,
To a man such as he,
As he hacks his way to,
His great destiny.

An oat to defend,
His count and lord,
Slaying invaders,
With his lumbering sword.

He stands with his brothers,
He would die for them all,
But if one thing is sure,
The count will not fall.

The enemies charge,
Bringing him his fate,
But he did not flee,
For Sigmar awaits.

I'd hate to be a buzzkill....but why is he cutting the ground as it appears to me he is going up hill yet his sword goes past his feet and into the ground with blood dripping....otherwise a VERY good piece of work

I'm a big comic fan and I think this is awesome. I like the comic feel of it, I can see it being in a BOOM! comic more than a GW army book.

I feel I rather over used the word 'comic' in that sentence   :icon_lol:
