Now that's a different, but still just as sweet surprise!

Three more to go, but they're the tricky ones, especially "Renegade Crowns". :icon_cool:

Darknight is on vacation, and so updates are slow - I will get a clearer picture when I return in about a week.

I have received nothing.
I have assembled and primed my surprise. Planning to paint this week or next.

Just an update for those still hopeful mine is done and packed but work has made it near impossible to find time to get to the Post Office, especially given my work hours basically cover all the hours they are open. I may try and subcontract the shipping detail to someone else.

I also had some problems with my surprise as I sent it ages ago only to have it disappear in the mail warp......I am now nearly ready from cobbling up another surprise which I really hope gets through this time round

Yesterday a small naked dwarf lay at my doorstep...
And I was happy with it!

It came all the way from Malta, but I didn't find any reference in it from who it came. But thanks a lot for the nice surprise!

Hey Novogord I am glad the little git got to you this time round.  He is a conversion.  I hope the axe arrived in one piece.  It is not the first time I am sending you a surprise however as DK pointed out as before that I sent you a Westfalia halfling as I read in one of your comments that you would have liked to have some.  I labored long (as with a 3 year old daughter and a 4 month old newborn son it is hard to find spare time, even at night  :| ), to pull a decent paint job on it and I liked it lots to the point of also getting interested in getting some of these shorties in the future (when I have some spare time on my hands).  Alas this was not to be as months ago I send the surprise and made the mistake of not registering it (after all I told myself both our countries are in the EU no?  What could happen wrong?) .....Well the halfling disappeared in the mail, eaten by some warp monsters, as it never was received it seems and it never came back too  :icon_cry: ....This means that maybe some time in the distant future if the gods will it you might receive the first surprise I sent ....or maybe not who knows  :icon_rolleyes:

The slayer is the second surprise I came up with and I wanted it to get to you before the christmas mail hassle.  I am glad you like it.  Snorri was sent to find out what happened to little Sam.  He is an adventurer for hire you see so that was why he was given this commission.  I hope he serves you well and that he uncovers the mystery behind the whereabouts and disappearance of little Sam.  If you happen to receive the halfling too, Snorri will have achieved his goal and will have amended his past errors (why he became a slayer in the first place) and may be permitted to settle with his new found community in Sam's company

best regards and also thanks to DK for organizing this

Snorri: Which way to Belgium?

Snorri: Did you see a little halfling, named Westfalia?

Unnamed Slayer: Yes, over their on the painting table, next to the other unfinished models.

Strange, I did use Google Foto's for this.
Anyone else who can't see them?
