They cast their miniatures in the USA, and IIRC do not carry big backlog in the UK. So European buyers often need to wait for the next shipment from the USA to reach the UK. This can take a month. In addition, they understandably try to fit many orders within that container, causing further delays as they wait for the orders & then cast those they do not have ready. The logistics of international trade can be taxing for a small business.
And they do not communicate such delays.
My order some two years back was delayed first a month. I then contacted them via Facebook, and they replied. Eventually the order came to me three months after I had paid.
My impression is that whenever they do a larger 50% sale over several ranges, they always receive more orders than they can handle, at least in the UK office. This causes delays. Facebook is a good place to whine about such delays, because their other customers will see it, and it would be bad service if they wouldn't reply, give reasons and/or give some extras as compensation.
All this said, I'd buy from them again, if I would want their product.
Just my 2d...
