The flat pieces are normally used to outline my forests (I toss loose standing trees on them. The hills are the plastic hollow hills from GW, with extra static grass and sand on some of them to make them less uniform.

They are a mixed blessing. The GW hills are just a bit to steep for models to stay put on the slopes.  regiments on there movement trays stay put quite easily but individuals don't I am afraid.

It was the first go at it.  Next I have to build more forest floors that can double as an island in the sea  :closed-eyes:

I love the atmosphere of Frostgrave and I love pirates. These two things combined, can't be bad! :blush:
