Great mix of models, I would like to see more of that standardbearer, but generally  just absolutely brilliant!  :eusa_clap:
The reason for my uniform being a slightly different color to yours is never explained.

I can't believe you can not only paint to such a high standard, but to get as many models done at such a speed and still at a high standard

Yet you still do paint with such an amazing level of skill and quality that can make many of us ashamed of our own meager efforts.

These have all been very beautiful models one after the other.
Fantastic work  :eusa_clap:

Looks fantastic, great work! I am shocked by how quickly you seem to put entire units together, again great work.

I painted this guy as artillery crew, took 90 minutes to finish,

no idea when the model was made; or what it is?

I believe that the figure is a very early GW figure from about the same time as the high helm knights, In fact I believe the same sculptor did this figure, I believe but not sure he was just labeled as a "fighter" at that time GW named each figure with a silly punnish name.  But I could be wrong.  steveb

big unarmored horses tht looked like horses, although they seemed to dance on air. Knights of which many had tall skinny feathered plumes, which broke off easily with a little rough handling, another reason they are rare and unusual. they had downward pointing, tapered pointy feet, good body proportions, pretty much decoration free, very much historical in style, also at the same time they made some fantastic panthers and reiksguard much different from the later metal ones of the same name, I will be posting a unit of tall helms soon, with some of their other friends who are riding with them. It tickles me that all the figures in the unit are older than 75% of the forum members.  steveb

Here are some of the High Helm models from this period...they are now in SteveB's army...(BTW Steve I found a few more of their tails if you want them.

Great figures

hey blue, thanks for the picts, yeah I could use the tails, I had to GS a few on a wire core, but the real thing would look better, The boys have joined a bunch of their friends and will soon be sporting a new paint job, I doubt you will recognise them, I just hope the camera is kind when it comes time to photo.  steveb
