Thanks guys!

Only the crew are magnetized, they can be swapped around and placed on separate 20mm bases. The different sections of the wagon itself just push together with a firm shove!

It's going to get several coats of varnish to protect the paint from the extensive handling it'll receive being constantly reconfigured. I shall probably make it a storage tray which will take the model in pieces rather than assembled.
