I think she looks a bit too young for that role, but otherwise she seems perfect.

I think the R34 is going to go hard on her.

The reason to see Wolf of Wall Street.

What a reason!

One of my pleasures is getting back from work in the evening and watching star trek next generation which is head and shoulders above the original series, mostly because of Picard. As such I am struggling to look forward to the new star trek films without his gravitas

Watched abraham Lincoln vampire slayer the other day and thought it was brilliant. Best film I have watched in years. Possibly very low standards.

No other up coming films for me atm I'm afraid, unless arnie has something brainless in the works.

While the original series had some great plots, I agree.

(DS9 was even slightly better than Next Generation though.)

Nah, DS9 was great. It started off meh, got better over time and stepped into "awesome" territory the moment Sisko shaved his head.

Sure, you could say that was a coincidence - or it could be a confirmation that bald captains are the best captains.

Oh, and it was anything but stationary. The crew got around quite a bit!

You kidding? For a show about a space station, it was awesome! Okay, so was Babylon 5 but I digest.
DS9 introduced me to my favourite species ever: the Jem'Hadar.

Quite a lot of good films coming soon:
- star wars
- Spectre (Bond)
- Hail Ceasar (Coen bros)
- The hateful eight (Tarantino)
- Solace (Anthony Hopkins)
- The Martian (looks quite good; Matt Damon, so usually at least okay)

The man from uncle was quite good (I never saw the original series though).
Of late I enjoyed Spy and The Kingsmen.
Trainwreck was quite okay for a romcom.

Sisko is one of the main reasons why I like it, because he's the only main character in all Star Trek series who might pass for a military officer (in a good light).

Picard is the only Captain who you could believe was a Captain of Starfleet's Flagship, or any ship for that matter.
