Lovely crisp handgunners from Irishzero up there!

I painted 3 Huntsmen, 2 of White Knight's Witch Hunters, a random dwarf and a lady fighter

Painting is fantastic, but that dwarfs axe just looks ace. Also the Witch Hunter models are just beautiful. I don't think I've seen them before when I was looking at White Knights stuff.

These are the first of WKs minis I've actually painted, they sit well with the old Mordheim models.

That dwarf is a conversion - he came to me missing the weapon, and I'm not sure where the over-large axe head came from. But I do like it! The lady fighter is also a repair job, that's an early 1980s pre-slotta model with the head, sword blade and shield replaced!

Even though I haven't painted since May, I am adding in the mounted crossbowmen again. :icon_mrgreen:

Went looking for them today, managed to misplace where they were! :icon_eek: :icon_lol:  Found them, but no painting time in as a result.

GamesPoet, you missed mine. I managed to get the Black Panther Squadron built (painting them was not a goal for this month).
The only good thing about 7th ed heads is that they look particularly inbred and superstitious which is perfect for Stirlanders

You seem to have stuck the scenic barrier, artillery and crew on the wall! Struggling with your glue?

Those half orcs are lovely models and nicely painted 023. As for my own goals, I finished not 1 but 2 Killa Kans but my boys are lagging behind a bit, 15 are in various stages of completion. Although that was partially on me for struggling to find a colour scheme  :-P .

I think I can tick the artillery of the list.. just need to go over everything tomorrow to see what it looks like then.

Pictures will follow! 4 handgunners left, hope I will manage to get them fixed before I go for a travel next week.

Such a relief you got it unstuck from the wall! It looks great. (Did you damage the paint on the wall getting it off?)

You know, a childish part of me (so, a big part then) wishes I could ally with all the other Empire players here and defeat every other warhammer nation/race one by one!

I have had that same thought myself. Can we challenge the other race related forums to an ultimate campaign battle off?

and what about us players with divided loyalties split between multiple races? Am I betraying my dawi by allying with Empire, or a traitor to the Empire by loyally playing dawi?

Unless your a Skaven player. Then it's pretty par for the course.

Still haven't started painting the crossbowmen. Been sick with the flu and not just had the vigour for it, for clearing the mess that my hobby table is at the moment.

And Gankom ... what are Skaven, but a nasty rumor told to children to keep them in line, before the holidays of course. :icon_wink:

This month and next are really full for me, but I got a "mentor" from a facebook group and I hope I can do a Mini this month.

Hope its not too late to add that goal

Its a bloodreaver I think from AoS.

I believe I have now built all the named characters from the City Watch and so as far as I’m concerned I now consider my task for this month completed.

The attached photo shows what is now ready for my painting table and my plan is to finish them all by the end of the year. You may recognise a few of them as I’ve had to change the original plan of where they would fit on the Display Base/Movement Trays so they had to be rebased and now need a paint touch-up.

My friend’s 40K Marines also need to be fitted in to this timescale somehow.
