Base sizes

Okay I used our own search function and scoured the web,  where can I find official base sizes for our army?  If you make a link, I'll put up a base size sticky (which I assumed we had).

As far as I know, there is not official GW stance on base sizes other than the generally accepted standard of "use the bases that come with the figures."

On a related note, I sent a couple of emails off to the rules email after the Skaven book came out, since there are a number of options that don't have official figures, so we're left without base sizes for our converted & scratch built figures. I've received no answers, though in that time other people have had their emails answered. I can only assume they are avoiding answering the question.

It's good not to feel discriminated against, I see that what happens in Spain also happens out there... :icon_mrgreen:

Check your W-E email - I've sent a copy of the old pdf.
There was some talk of a new list for the start of the current UK GT round - the heats began last year, final is Feb ?

However I haven't seen anything

Not sure what's changed on the old list, but there will be new units not mentioned .........

So it's safe for me to put my war altar on a chariot base?

Vroom!

I think that's the French one that was referred to last year - I questionned its validity with the UK GT Senior Referee and it has no official status.

However it is a fan based update on the original GW one from a few years ago - it has the STank on a chariot base (50 x 100)  and not the original base size of 80 x 120.
