Congrats! They're a splendid troupe.

Talking of big guys in puff and slash, did you perhaps buy any of the Westfalia Ogres? Would you be painting some soonish?

Thank you. Those are some of my favorite Citadel-ish minis, and my top pick from Marauder. Very happy to finally have the full set.

I would have got the Westfalia ogres, but miniatures budget is tight and there were other minis from the KS that I wanted (needed...) more.

I've had a little time to work on the Warploque giant. One pic, but go to the blog to see more, in the best entry title I think I've ever come up with... Warploque Drunk Walter Skank Jerk Matthau

I do love those ogres. Great paint job too! It's weird, as I have never bought any ... I think the price and the fact I have too much to paint already has put me off!

At this point, they seem to be getting harder to find, too.

That's a good description, and I like that attitude! I've got a mental summary of the personalities of most of the giants I've painted so far, and at some point I will write them down. (Probably here...) I'll be sure to work that in. :::cheers:::

Slowly painting Walter's loot. (Yes, that will be his name - or some variation of it.) He's got a pig, goat, goose, maiden, sausages, and a bunch of other little details...

Unfortunately he is OOP. Warploque does have another giant in production, as well as some other really cool miniatures, though. https://www.warploqueminiatures.com/

Finally finished painting Walter, my Warploque giant. More photos on my blog.

It's the new giant from Heresy Miniatures!

Can I pop this here? Inspired by 023, I've dug out the last of my own Imperial Ogres (by coincidence, the same model!) to finish them off for Big April
