Arrrg my brain has now decided that it would be amazing to see 80 Ricco's Republican Guard metal painted!

The knights look excellent!

Well, it would be! They're great models.  Maybe 80 is a few too many though...

Yeah, paint 80 with two command groups, and you'd have two 40-strong pikemen hordes!! The only Q. then is whether to use one as Ricco's or not!! :-P

I think he looks decent...I'm not a huge fan of multicolored armor (even with washes)...but he's an AWESOME figure so would look good with about any paint on him.

I think it makes him look much more three dimensional... like if you turn him the glint of the sun will change the armour color.

Well done sir, well done.

Like the red boots, very GW!
There are 40 different shades of black, so many fortresses and ways to attack.

So why you complaining!

Have you looked at the kit, the free company crossbowmen do have big hands.

Yeah, the hand is a bit meh, but it's not your fault. What are 'Mannan's Blades' anyway?

Nice job on painting the blade guy, Chumley. Wish I had the guts to buy FW guys, but they're expensive as heck and I'm sure I'd mess them up.
Now go! Ride towards the sun atop these noble steeds
You're our spandex heroes, now fullfil your destinies
And so we turned and rode beyond the castle walls
with shiny codpiece armour that doth cradle our chivalrous balls

Great idea for the manans dude. Been contemplating getting some but had no real use for more swordsmen. This may be just what I need.

Loving the knights too. Bronze looks sweeeet.

We missed you too, fortunately you missed out on the weeks drama prior to the new book's official release! I'm waiting to see what you do on the new stuff.
