Yes I agree the 16th Century style Henry the 8th , Puff and Slash, plate armoured , serious looking punters ,

My favorite era of Empire minis, and Warhammer Fantasy in general. Seeing all the weird faces, skulls and lack of shoes is just sad.

I really wanted to see Halberdier models in more plate armour in later editions, but they released them with no shoes and weird faces like you say !

I was thinking about doing 50 of these ones , lol

I LOVE those old Halberdier figures. I managed to get ~20 of them when I first started playing. Best purchase I ever made.
