Kind of, though they aren't specifically Kislev. You can have a ranked unit with pistols, or a skirmish unit with pistols.

campaign lists are cool, its more that skirmishers arent as good, and small arms shooting isnt as good.

I was going to mention that to you, revenge must be had. Also I found a letter on my (vastly overcrowded) modelling table today that is addressed to you. SO I assume that 6 months on I did not post the 7th ed halberd blades we spoke of. Nasty me, still better late then never I suppose, I will deal with the matter of the weekend.

Soth's house is very nice. I will not comment on the gold or human tears as both were carefully hidden while we were there, though there was that time he needed to go into the garden on some important thing. Might involve gold or human tears - *looks intereste*
