Does Dawn of War have a points system like WFB does?

Hehe, no

But it has a cap system, so every sqaud or veichle cost a certain amount of cap. For example a chimera costs two veichle caps and a baneblade costs 15. You can have max 20 of veichle and max 20 of squad.
On the right only red, to your left all is white
Ev'ryone's holding, stay in the fight!
White to the right side, left only red
Run like the others, or you'll end up dead!

This might be a little late, but, well... Don't mistake Dawn of war for Warhammer 40.000, Dawn of war is a computer game, not a tabletop game.

On your question I would answer "yes". In Warhammer 40k you have a point system much similar to WHFB.

but dawn of war is a good referencing system, even if it isn't official 40k, alot of the stuff is pretty close, for instance, the quad system, I'm a big fan
