Only if you get pregnant again right away. If you wait a few months your cervix is more open (or her cervix, as the case may be) and your body is less likely to reject the egg. At least, that is what I heard. I'm no doctor, of course, so everything I just wrote could be total BS.

As far as I am aware, a pretty large % of pregnancies end in miscarriage.

But obviously having a miscarriage doesn't mean you will never have more kids.

 Miscarriage is due to the mother health ! if the Mother body since something is wrong with the baby her body aborts it..
Also back in the day  If food was hard to find the body of the woman would knows she could not support a new life 
she would miscarriage !!
it all about the mother heath that  MOSTLY decide  if the child is carried to full term  !!

Risk can be planned for and avoided. There's a risk the mother could fall down stairs, but she can alleviate that risk by not dancing on marbles at the top of a staircase.
