Seaming helps us more than you though. Without Swann your attack is pretty weak with Anderson out of form. Amazing if he gets it back though, lovely to watch. Nathan Lyon can't spin so it doesn't hurt him if we don't prepare for him! Maybe his slow ball will be a little faster.

I enjoyed the series for the moments it dished up. Agar's 98, the 14 run win. Amazing. Beautiful knocks from Root and Watson. Some sweet wickets from Anderson, unplayable. Broad in game 4. The exposure of DRS as a crock of shit and proving India right.

It wasn't a great series but I thought it was good, had the moments that make test cricket shine often enough for me. I can see that someone frustrated by the weather, umpires and weakness of both sides' top orders could go the other way though. As an Aussie it was closer than expected so maybe that influences it for me.

no but they do share the same first name. When I heard that Uncle Timmy was literally on his deathbed I wasnt sure which one they were talking about. I am actually going to try and catch a ride with the one I almost ended up moving in with. If I cant get a ride I'll be taking a train.

Right eye swollen, nearly closed. Poison ivy is the cause. Went to the doctor and got a prescription, but the pharmacy didn't get to it yesterday so it's worse.

He's ok I think thanks. Doesn't sleep right now though, going to see a paediatrician soon to make sure it's just reflux and nothing sinister. He seems happy, smiles a lot. Talks using his nonsense baby language. I spend too much time at work away from him though.

Glad to here. Kaleb had a bit of gas, don't think it was reflux, though. It really affected his sleep. Putting him on an incline seemed to help a lot.

Violet had reflux and was quite bad for a bit, but fine now.
Ellie's even able to get he to sleep, so we've got our evenings back.
Now only if she slept through,,,

Daniel won't sleep during the day/evening unless you hold him. Mum said I did the same thing.

I've just discovered the only disadvantage of living in a purely female household. Leonie woke up screaming like hell because there was a huuuuuuge spider at the wall above her head. When I rushed into the room, the beast had already hidden beneath the bed. I haven't found it yet!

So we just closed the door and I will have to go in there and find it as soon as the girls are at school.

P.S. I dread spiders myself, especially these disgusting huge ones we have in our garden.

So it is looking like I will need to get sinus surgery again. I had the surgery last December, but will need to do it a second time since my passage is blocked again. I have felt pretty good for the 6 months after the first surgery.

The worst part is that the surgery is the second worst part. I will need to pay $750 out of pocket. Taken alone, that wouldn't be an issue. But with my son only 2 months away, thats another $1500 out of pocket. Add that I locked in to buy the PS4 for $300 more and I need about $1000 in dental work by next summer, and the Estabrook household will be empty of any additional spending money for quite a while.
