Thanks Zygmung! I sadly have just these two of the old ones, but I'll hopefully add some more interesting models to my warband soon. I have some of the old 6th ed swordsmen as henchmen almost done...

The northmen look great. How do they size compared to GW 28mm?

Thanks Warlord! These guys are actually Mountain's men - they serve under the Gregor "The Mountain" Clegane of Lannisters...

They seem to be close to the GW's 28 mm heroic scale, ranging from 32 ang higher depending on the unit. I have to snap some size comparsion pic, but I don't really have any GW's fantasy models on the table now...

Thanks guys for your kind comments! I hope to finish this commission project during next week, so expect more pics of finished Lannister units and characters soon :)

Guessing by your reactions, no one here seems to know/play ASIOAF from CMON?

How is your queue currently looking? I could consider commissioning 50 halberdiers to be painted, if you can do with a time budget of 40 minutes per model, and stay somewhat consistent with a sample model I provide.
The only good thing about 7th ed heads is that they look particularly inbred and superstitious which is perfect for Stirlanders

Averland forever! I have the complete set but it took forever to search them out. A few of them I'm still convinced are recasts. Sweet paintjob. :smile2:
I may disagree with what you say but I respect your right to be punished for it.

A little plug from me. Except Empire goodness in this thread in the future, I have just negotiated a commission with Silvero for said 50 halberdiers

Thanks! I'll use them in my mordheim averland warband. Hopefully I'll be able to make some pics during some match in the future  :smile2:

Indeed. I'm looking forward to the job. Old ed. empire minis will always find a special place close to my heart

Nice models! I got to finger these at the local club a week ago. Very tempted to paint some, but must resist.

I'm a bit unsure about the highlights on Cersei's dress. Maybe a bit overdone? Otherwise I think you've done great work with the cloth everywhere, especially with the Mountain.

I'm good with the highlights, although it does stand out just a bit, perhaps a regal look to it as a result.

Those figures look very good.  Always tempted by good looking figures, yet need to resist here as well.
