So i've had a look around to see if I can find female mage figures in the style of each of the different colleges of magic. The results are mixed. Some of the Orders are more uniquely warhammerish than others, so those have proved more tricky. My results:
The Light OrderTarget: Simple robe, serpent staff, egyptian aesthetic.
This one proves to be a bit tricky, there are plenty of egyptian priestess type models out there, reaper has a couple, but they are rather scantily clad (to the point of being NSFW, so I won't post links). This means that they wouldn't fit very well into an empire army, as least not without a lot of work.
The Golden OrderTarget: Alchemist, preferably with flasks or alembics, optionally middle eastern look.
There seems to be a general lack of female alchemists of any sort.
This is a more general sorceress from reaper:
https://www.reapermini.com/OnlineStore/sorceress/sku-down/03734 her dragon staff is kind of cool, and I could paint the outfit to match the gold order, but she wouldn't be a perfect match.
This lady wizard seems to have a potion bottle of some sort, and
slightly easternish clothing, although you're not really supposed to wear bikinis while in an alchemical laboratory, so that might rule her out.
https://www.magistermilitum.com/era/fantasy/dsm7304-visions-in-fantasy-female-mage-with-staff.htmlThe Jade OrderTarget: Druid, simple robe, sickle, barefoot.
Given the general preponderance of skimpy outfits there's a surprising lack of barefoot sorceresses. This figure fits that criteria, but doesn't have any other features which would mark her as a spell caster.
https://www.magistermilitum.com/era/fantasy/dsm1192-elmore-masterworks-female-mage-2.htmlOtherworlds have a nice druid-y lady, who I think is either barefoot or wearing sandals.
http://otherworldminiatures.co.uk/shop/da-series-dungeon-adventurers-blister-packs/dad15-female-half-elf-druid/ She is listed as a half elf, but its hard to see how elvish she actually looks in the picture.
This generic sorceress could also pass for a druid, since her dress is kind of what I was imagining, The Bretonnian sorceress from GW might also work for similar reasons.
The Celestial OrderTarget: Elaborate outfit, stars and planets, astrolabe.
I like the orb and staff on this figure, although again she is rather under-dressed for an empire army. I wonder if the orb could be modified into an alembic to make her a gold wizard, but her general lack of clothing doesn't make her a particularly good fit for that either...
https://www.reapermini.com/OnlineStore/sorceress/sku-down/03525#detail/03525_w_1This one is more sensibly dressed, and her staff is a good fit for a celestial wizard:

The Grey OrderTarget: tatty robe, simple staff, optionally witches hat.
There are quite a few "witch" type models out there, and they fit the bill reasonably well for the traditional look of the grey wizard. Reaper do a steampunk witch who looks suitable for renaissance style of the Empire (although I hate the paintwork on that example picture...)
https://www.reapermini.com/OnlineStore/witch/sku-down/80006#detail/IG_5406_1I also kind of like this one, she lacks the hat, but that's a bit cliched these days anyway.
https://www.reapermini.com/OnlineStore/sorceress/sku-down/02562#detail/IG_94_1The Amethyst OrderTarget: Necromancer, Scythe, hourglass.
This one was a bit easier! There are plenty of scythe wielding necromancers out there. Examples include:

The Bright Order
Target: Fire Wizard, conjuring flames, or throwing fireball, optionally keys.
One cool bright wizard is potentially the Kings of War phoenix priestess:
http://www.manticgames.com/mantic-shop/kings-of-war/basilea/product/ur-elohi-samacris.htmlThere are then a few along the lines of lady conjuring flames, this one is quite nice:

Again a little tricky. This lady would be great, if she were a human, rather than an elf:
https://www.reapermini.com/OnlineStore/female%20shaman/sku-down/14590#detail/IG_1091_1Perhaps her ears could be modified. This one is maybe a better fit, as you can get away with a skimpy outfit for amber wizards:
