Mordheim stage coach

Does anybody know if the stats for the Mordheim Stage Coach is simular to the plague cart, or is it more like a chariot?  I know that the rules for it are in the Town Cryer #24, but I missed it when it came out.  Of course the Town Cryer is out of print now.

I found my own answer, or at least close enough.  On page 75 of the General's compendium are the listing of the rules for the baggage cart.  I can make do from there.   :)
