High elves vs Tomb kings my second TOW battleToo

I took my time getting a second battle but finally I did
It was a 2500 point affair. We played The Watchtower scenario. Unsuprisingly my high elves were severly outnumbered.
There was plenty of infantry, since my friend loves big blocks. Makes it look like a proper army as he would put it.

Well, it was a hard fought battle. But I managed to sort of turn the numbers against him. The huge obelisk in the middle of the table got in his way while I could more or less refuse a flank, leaving only a few smal units there and focus my force taking down the other flank.

A had a noble on a griffon. First time ever in my warhammer career that I have used a hero on a monster. He did well indeed and I wish I have an Imperial griffon too.

Anyway, I won. So now I have about three or four months to prepare while my friend is abroad. Next time it will be Empire or Wood elves.
