High Elves are coming

(1/1)

General Nuttenjäger:
Chrace and LSG are the AoI.  I always wanted to do sea guard.  I don't remember them ever living up to the promise of combining melee and shooting into the same block, I guess because you either pay for a lot of bows that don't shoot or you have no staying power in melee.  I wonder if the AoI rules will make them viable other than as smaller screening units.

I also wonder if the high initiative of elves will solve the problem that makes this a cavalry-centric game.  Not that high elves don't have an excellent variety of cavalry and chariots!  Still, I do feel like as long as fielding multiple regiments of line infantry with horns sounding and banners waving means you're going to lose every game, the game is broken.

Warlord:
They are here!

Chrace looks competitive.
Seaguard looks ineffective.
