Topic: Warhammer Conquest - Any good?

I suppose I should have started this thread before buying the core game and the four available expansions, but anyone played this?  Reviews have been very good and it looks like a fun way to get a little Warhammer in.

Only $90 shipped for the core and the four current expansions too, so not bad.

I've heard it's simple to play and setup and captures the 40k universe well, but i've heard it's lacking compared to other good CCGs out there.

Before my LGS went under it was recommended to me.  They weren't the type to just try to sell you whatever just 'cause (maybe part of the reason they went out of business?).  But, take that hint with a grain of salt.

Everything I've heard says that the main game alone gets boring quick.  You NEED to get the expansions in order to get flexibility and add to the fun of the game but that it was a good investment.

Game seems pretty cool by the look of the cards and such!
