Is anyone planning to do a tactica for Van Horstmanns speculum? I'm won't because my knowledge of the Empire is somewhat limited but it would be great as many people use the VHS and it is said to be one of the best magic items in the game

It wouldn't be much of a tactica.  It might have one line here or there about what characters would be best equiped with it, and maybe one line about the "Clarkarias Special" (Wiz Lord, VHS, Sword of Righteous Steel, White Cloak).  But I don't see much use for one.

Best Characters to give it to:
- Luffritter - to pick out which models you wish to attack such as Daemon Princes

- Wizards - to surprise your opponents

- EC - if you feel the need to protect him from Chaos Lords.
