Yeah, I work 3pm-11pm normally, and am a natural night owl, so I usually get up around 10 or 11 am.  So this morning I was up at 10, right in the shower and then to work.

Actually, this thread makes me hungry every time I look at it. Fortunately, there's some nice ground beef and other ingredients waiting in the kitchen. Home made burger dinner, hooo!

Got alittle fancier this morning ...

2 egg omelette with apple smoked cheedar cheese inside, toast with strawberry jam, and the traditional black coffee.  Good stuff!

2 eggs over easy, medium roast french coffee, black.

Been cooking on a gas stove and its always tricky getting the temperature just right for eggs, but this morning, spectacular! :icon_biggrin:

Two eggs over easy slighty well done, two slices of scrapple, strawberry yogurt (with real fruit!), dark roast black coffee.  Heavenly!

Are you in the Northeast US?  The only place I've ever seen scrapple was when I lived in Philly.
