Really nice, Justin.  I like the "action" pose.

Hi all,

Just starting a massive (crazy me  ) army which will include a HUGE number of warrior priests ('Sigmar's last hope' in the Parade Ground) - AND I am going to do the whole thing in plastic (special characters and all).

So i was wondering if people could post pics of their favour Warrior Priests here so I can get some ideas for my many conversions to come   :icon_biggrin:

thanks in advance.

You might find a few here.  :::cheers:::

Anyone who has a cool conversion, please post it there.  :biggriin:

Nice WPs everyone. I can't wait to see more.
Warm Regards,     Sören

You might like the infamous "Butt nuns" sculpted by Werner Klocke for Reaper. :icon_mrgreen:

Lately I've been wondering if they might be suitable for a Sister's of Sigmar warband for Mordheim.  I may pick up a few to see how well they go with the other sisters.
Desperately seeking Chaos Warrior heads & Skull banner tops from new empire missle troops sprue.  Will trade for bitz, barter, or $$$.  PM or email me to discuss details.

I haven't seen any "butt nuns" but I think he sculpted a witch on a smiling pumkin that I have seen.

Ok.  I just did a search through Reaper minis and found Sister Catherine.  The Sister Catherine in my 1st grade class Catholic school certainly didn't look like her. Although it was rumored that she wielded a pretty mean ruler but I never saw it.

Yes, of course. crossbow+ two maces = good choice for Mordheim.

My WIP Morr Priest, I've been out of the hobby for a while and my green stuff-ing is a bit rusty, so that explains that. I still need to green stuff the right arm, to finish off the cloak, and maybe the legs, although I can see that being a mission and a half...

This Warrior Priest of Ulric has to be my favorite.  He also fits in quite nicely with the rest of my Middenheim army.

I found one more. I use him as a mounted priest. Made him for a tag team tournament where he ran alongside a empire themed gutstar

It's a kitbash of various bits and pieces

Mostly a High Elf wizard on foot, some bits trimmed down behind other bits added
Right arm is from the white-wolf (hairy head) sprue in the Knights kit, hand and axe is from Chaos Marauders
Left arm is also from the white-wolf hairy head sprue
Head is two head halves top and bottom from the chaos marauders kit
The thigh armour is from the 6th ed plastic state troops kit
The breastplate is an ancient bit from the skeleton horde box set from about 25 years ago that was in my bitz box.
The two wolf things at the shoulders are from the white wolf hairy head sprue as well.
Cloak on the back is mainly from the white wolf sprue again, and part of more from a chaos marauder, joined with a bit of greenstuff to make it look like one piece, but you can't see that in the photo.

Wow!  Really nice kit bash!  He looks great!  What really drew my eye to him was the White Wolf shoulder guards as well as his ax and the skirt of his robe.  All of those pieces combine to make him truly unique!  After you pointed them out, I can clearly see where they came from, but the fact that I thought that it was one model in itself, is a testament to your kit-bashing skills!  I may have to steal this concept for my Middenheim army, if you don't mind - ?   :icon_mrgreen:
