My newest creation and my first attempt at customizing a base for a model. Let me know what you think and what I can improve on.

I really like your customized base. It really does look like lava flowing around some rocks. Good job. The painting looks great. The only thing I can see is that you didn't do a good job on removing all the mold lines. Most noticable along the fingers and the edge of the hair. The yellow highlight on the folds of robes you could have probably done without and used a color more fitting. Right now it's making the robe look a little messy. Other than those two little issues I think it is an outstanding fire wizard.

I agree with most of the things said.

The base is striking, especially at first glance.

The blade of the sword looks a bit flat, or un-metallic in some way? Is it the photo?

Hey there! As much as I like him Bright wizards have orange tats not blue :P
I choose too keep "Old Warhammer" alive with my blood sweat and tears.

It's bad that warhammer might die but it would be a tragedy if it stays dead!
