Not wanting to open a thread for this, but I was thinking that since W-E seems to operating like more of a hobby site than in a long time and the closing of the BT, would it be possible to send a pm/email to Padre and Midaski saying the axes are buried and they are welcome to take their seats again?

I think this qualifies as a random happy

Oh no thats no Ork, that is an Alpha Legion space marine. He crops up in this artist's work all the time. He snagged a Hydra, the mascot of the Alpha Legion. Its become a "Where's Waldo" in all of his 40K art.

Here is an interesting thing I learned today. Michelle Pfeiffer whipped the heads off the four mannequins in Batman Returns on her first take. The crew applauded her and they kept it in.

In that final cut ... the name of the store is "Shreek's".

Haven't watched that movie in years, yet I vaguely recall enjoying it.

I remember her in Tequila Sunrise and The Fabulous Baker Boys".

Heard tell she is in a new film called "French Exit" that I'd like to see.

Its the plastic lion Voltron which can accommodate the pilots [or any other 1:18th scale figure]. Over the past few years, I've sold several Voltrons. He always sells, regardless of condition.

My wife stole all the lions to make Voltron from her Kindergarten class when she was 5. I am sure its a very popular item for collectors too.

Today we went into Boston and visited Bunker Hill along with Boston Common.

We also fed some ducks (the closest my daughters, whom are a big fan of ducks, have ever gotten to ducks). A squirrel alarmed me as it climbed my leg. I am not used to that. Even in DC the squirrels keep their distance. We also saw the bar from the sitcom Cheers. We didn't end up going in. Maybe after the pandemic.

Was the Bunker Hill monument open? I'd be surprised if it was.

I've been inside Cheers, if I recall, twice ... once by myself, and once to take a lady friend. Its isn't nearly as wide open as the set for the TV studio.

I had to throw out 20 years worth of White dwarf magazines [EVERYTHING from the 3rd Armageddon war to Age of Sigmar] as my cats had been spraying them. On the plus side, I found 3 boxes of white dwarfs in my shed which I had completely forgotten about.

The interiors were closed (then again we went on a Sunday), but the grounds were open.
