Yea, US golf is really stinking it up lately.  The old reliables are... old.  Tiger... well... sigh.  And the kids are all self taught boomers.  Fun to watch, but not the clutch players you need for the Ryders cup.

Isn't that from M1(A1?) Tank Platoon? I played the heck out of that game at a friends house (we didn't have a PC). He didn't have a soundcard by then, which meant everything was bleeps and scratchy sounds (including the rock and roll intro music) but in-game you also had text messages.

"Gunner load Heat."

"Heat up!"

"Fire!"

"Gunner load SABOT!"

Finding a good position to ambush the oncoming Russians, trying to keep the crews alive so they could improve, if you were lucky you had some fire support (TOW launchers were the greatest, put 2 of those on the Russian flank and they took out almost the whole column, not good for your own xp though) man that was a fun game back in the days.
