Well, seeing that Suzy has a good idea what type of list I am going to run anyway, I may as well post this.

How on earth will Dendo and Wissenlander stand against the forums?

(I am also bringing my Banner of the Forums, epic this will be)

You list is similar to my normal list, except I have no Handgunners, no Maneaters, swap the Greatswords with Swordsmen, and have an extra cannon and a Helstorm, and some Flagellants.

Ok, so not that similar, but kinda equal infantry (with same strengths), equal cavalry and same character choices.

Yes i am on the official list!!! Playing "oh when the saints" and "oh what a wonderful world" on my trumpet. Then after battle i attend to the spiritual needs of all the Dendo cultists.

I am thinking of swapping out the two units of 10 handguners w/HLR for two units of a dozen crossbows.

Dendo typically hangs back (the coward) meaning I would have to move the handgunners to get any shots off. Suggestions: pro or con?

I'd take the crossbowmen personally

Hochland Long Rifles are ok, except you have to roll to hit at a -1 to -2 at BS4, then roll to wound, then since Dendo is playing Empire he gets a good armour save (likely a 1+ at a minus 2 modifier, which is still a 3+) THEN! You have to do it 2-3 times to kill a single character

I'd go crossbowmen, then we can reach out and touch them first turn and not have to wait for them to move

OK! Everyone is packed up: Two ArmyTransport Battalion cases full of Empire, A Battalion case of Lizardmen so that Ms. Dendo can take her pick, two boxes full of Forgeworld's finest, and what the heck, I am bringing my Dwarves just so they don't feel left out.

I have decided to go with Crossbows for the extra range, and have made one small change with respect to magical equipment. I would expect to get on-line sooner than any of the others and hope to gloat of Dendo's destruction.

I'm glad you decided to go with the crossbowmen, but I'm sure Soju and Helborg will be dissapointed to hear that they dont get to shout, "BOOM HEADSHOT"

I think I was the first one to have my army packed up

But yours will undoubtably be a much larger box...
