I always liked SotHR and Dark Omen, rather difficult games at the time. Mark of Chaos was rather dull and the fact that you had to split between two factions on each side player through really annoying.

I like SotHR. Dark Omen was great. Mark of chaos is terrible the gameplay was just .... bleh and on skirmish if you are playing against a computer you will lose almost every time. Most fun I've had with it was making an army of 4 giants and 6 trolls and just throwing them against a horde of rats.

Only just discovered that Ken Levine and Irrational games did not make bioshock 2.
No wonder it wasn’t as good as #1 (the reason he didn’t do it “we said what we wanted to about rapture”. The reason it wasn’t good? Rapture had had all said about which it needed… ken was right)

Trying… to… suppress… excitement for Bioshock infinite.

didnt play Bioshock 2 but I know the devs who made it made dishonored which is a fantastic game. From what Kotaku is saying Black Flag will be a lot like windwaker, so maybe no animus?

If the back table democrats execute postmen from rich areas for collaboration and steal everything from shops and kill the shop owners for being hoarders, and the back table republicans think they are gods and stone inter racial couples, then yes.

so its ICO meets dishonored's style sprinkled with bioshock's plasmids, but in the floating islands of skyward sword and is about america's clashes of culture and technology at the turn of the century in an utopia society. Also elizabeth is apparently a big part of the game.

I considered it. But since it already has the good ole Diablo III launch tribute problems going on, and the cities seem to be so limited in space, I'm not really interested. For me, SimCity is a game for fooling around endlessly with cities. Expanding, building, improving. Since that's impossible in those mini tiles and everything seems to be geared towards forcing you into some kind of multiplayer experience I'll pass unless that changes. In my opinion SimCity is as single player as it gets and I hate always online DRM.

And I haven't even mentioned the DLC model yet, with launch day DLC and a crapton of micro content constantly looking to drain your wallet. No thanks.

The small maps and whining about Origin are the only bad things I've really read in reviews. We stay connected to the internet anyway. My wife is buying it. She's a huge Simcity fan, so I'll let you know her reactions.
