Meat for the grinder. They won't last long on the battle field!

Looking forward to our game at the bash!

Probably, they are rather squishy though I think you'll find these units not a target priority in my 2k list :)

To bad it will take a while before the bash arrives! Though it gives me more time to hopefully finish my 2k army completely!

To Glorious Battle!
Great job

Thanks guys! I'll have a small update this evening coming!

Nice start to a Sac’lea (sp) vanguard along with the ethereal. It’s a classic.
There are 40 different shades of black, so many fortresses and ways to attack.

So why you complaining!

You mean Sa'cea? :)
And the vanguard:
Ethereal
3x Firesight Marksman

setup? Yeah I find that cheesy.. I do got a second Marksman, but those are for my batallion.

So finally an update!
https://wargamingbysks.wordpress.com/2020/01/01/update-end-of-december/

Got some work in and posted some older stuff as well:
Some Kill Team Ruins I finished earlier (still 3 larger pieces to do)

Some build ups:
Riptide I bought at Crisis (not finshed yet)

Death Guard part of Dark Imperium:

and Space Marine part for Benthe's Salamanders including Adrax Agatone and a hero from an older set Primed as well

Some work in progress (wanted to have them battle-ready but didn't make it in December)

But....

Finished my T'au Sept Riptide!

Another month another update :)

As per usual more on my blog: https://wargamingbysks.wordpress.com/2020/01/31/update-start-of-2020-end-of-januari-20/

So as some might already have noticed from the monthly painting thread I managed to finish a few things!

First up my second Firesight Marksman for Sa'cea sept

Then my Cadre Fireblade for my T'au sept

And Darkstrider (obviously T'au sept)

Some more drones (9 shield drones and a Pulse Accelerator Drone and a Grav Inhibitor drone) for T'au sept

Magnetizing work on my 2 Broadsides

My following work will appear in the monthly painting thread again, but in short it will be Pint both Broadsides, pathfinder team and the firewarrior team (still)

But that wasn't all that I did... behold!! Papa Nurgles children come before you!
Poxwalkers in contrast paint! (besides the metalics)

and my test subject of a Plague Marine

and still not all! Benthe and me have also been working on the Dark Imperium boxset side of the Space Marines, and alot are already in their first basecoats of green and we managed to even get 1 Inceptor almost battleready!

My son slowly collects tau and every now and again, I drag him off to show him your blog. They are indeed the best I’ve ever seen.

Great work Steg!
Those riptides are big boys! The terrain does indeed feel very thematic.

Personally I would add some more rust to those nurgle marines, but that is my preference ;-)

Well the pictures don't do it real justice but there is actually a fair amount of (ryza)rust on it.
