My Generic Necromunda Gang
« on: April 13, 2019, 04:00:28 AM »
I decided to start building a Necromunda gang and I'm using the older models, I prefer the aesthetic. My gang will be generic and I havent decided which gang I will use for the equipment list though and I'm split on the new vs old rule sets. I really like the Scavvy models, I feel that they capture the underhive scavenger look perfectly. My gang wont have any common look, it will consist of models of both sexes and all walks of life; basically a collection of underhive dwellers drawn together under the leadership of one man.

Looking good! It really does bring that post apocalyptic style to the table.

Good to see more Necro. Sounds like they'd be a good proxy for Scavvies - if there were any rules for them, that is.
I agree with the inhumane treatment of animals.

I painted another string of models, I took the pictures outside, whatever setting my camera had plus the light gave the pictures an odd dystopian sci-fi look. It looks like Fallout 3, I'm partial to New Vegas myself, but I guess it works though. I've decided to paint two gangs at the same time, painting one model of each together, so one doesnt out grow the other. I'm leaning toward lasguns and laspistols for my clan gang, just for the reliability.

Scavvy Boss

Scavvy Ganger

Orlock Ganger with lasgun

It looks like Fallout 3

It does have the same sort of contrast to it. Looks good though! Got any games under your belt yet?
