Please take time to read an in depth treatise on the Empire by  Sikko Boersma.  It is a very complete article on every phase playing an Empire army.

The Article errors. Probably because the filename = pdf.pdf, Acrobat reader crashes.

I have wanted to say this for weeks, but have only now found the right place.

This is the finest web based article I have ever read. I have passed it on to every WHF gamer that I know and uploaded it to both of the web groups that I moderate.

Please, someone pass on my grateful thanks to Sikko Boersma and tell him that the next instalment is eagerly awaited.
