« on: February 16, 2016, 04:03:42 PM »
The second draft of the Stormcast Enteral army list for 8th Edition WFB is up on the EEFL forum.

All the current models are now in the army list.

As always, please post your comments, opinions, and play test results.

Thanks!

I really like the rules for the Heraldor, an army-wide musician is a cool concept. Also having the gryph hounds 1+ will make them an attractive choice in a list that has trouble fielding chaff units. Nice work.

On a side note, I really want to play your new Bretonnian list. I might just proxy my empire cav to try it out.

Seems like a good idea to be incorporating the S-Es into the 8th Edition effort.

I played the early version of the rules and really liked them. It still felt like Warhammer but the larger models in smaller units had an interesting feel to it. While not overpowered, the S-E army is very tough to crack. They are, in my opinion, appropriately hard to kill and break from combat.

How do they fit fluff-wise? Where is your timeline? Sorry if this question has been answered elsewhere.

They are happening during the End Times (which never conclude in EEFL). As there are so many evil superpowers assailing the olde world, Sigmar has dispatched his own angelic beings to rescue his people.

Warlord,

I'm going to be writing background for them. It will be different from AOS. The easiest way to think of them - they are Angels of Sigmar. The fluff will probably be in conjunction with the End Times fluff, but a player can use them however they wish (of course).
