The Viscounty od Olenburg has been around for over twohundred years and has been the home of some of the Empire's greatest heros and most vile villains.
Today, for the sake of plublishing something new, we will look in to this small Viscounty in how it stand today and how it mat affect our future

The Small Town of Olenburg:
The Local:
The current seat of power of the tiny Viscounty is Olenburg as you may have guessed. Founded a few decades forfore our Great Magnus the Pious drove back the forces of Chaos in the Great War, Olenburd sits right on the edge of the Talabech on the Ostland border and is barely a speck on the map lyeing betwen Talabheim and Kusel

The People:
Like most Talabeclanders the people of Olenburg are woodsman and hunters, thou quite a few farms dot the land around the town. The people seem to be peaceful most to the time but are quick to anger, very much even more so when drunk, as beer and strong spirts seem to play a big part in the Town culture. So much so infact that they even have a three day drinking contest in honor of Taal!
The people themselves seem to be larger than most Talabeclanders. Eather thick with muscle for fat, or sometmies even bolth makeing many perfect for soldiering

The Defenders:
Desptie it's small size of only two hundred and seventy five people not under arms the town bosts a good number of Millita with the other sixty-five or so of it people good enough to be armed if need be forming the Headsman's Lane Axes, The Talabec Straight shots and The Black Street Bashers and the twenty or so Watchmen
Also a large number of mercenaries can be raised due to the local of the town being right on the main trade river for Talabecland
Despite this the town's main defender's aparently to be the Knights of the Sure Spear, a tiny but powerful order of Knights that are well known for thier silk yellow and white uniforms and silver tiped lances
Othey than that and the aid of the State Army should they need it the Viscount's guard the Greem Sashes are some of the Talabec's best swordsman and and easly seen by their green, gold trimed sashes

The Defences:
The Town itself is sarounded by a large wooden wall about five feet thick and thirteen feet high that is renforced with a thick lare od stone on the outside and inside ans has two heavy stone and wooden watch towers on bolth the north and south sides.
These simple walls have seen many a hardship from Forest goblin's to a beastlord's horde
At the center of the town lies the Olensfort a squad stone tower that now serves as a sort of keep and the home of the Viscount.
Sarounded by six feet thick and fifteen foot high wall made of pure grey granite. This is the last stop for any defenders. a good number of last stands have been made here, most notably when Forest Goblin warlord Fungar Sontstomper's horde overwheled the defender's on the mian wall but was crusded by a falling pice of granite that his giant spider managed disloge when he tryed to get it to scale the keep's wall

Noteworthy Streets:
The Heardsman's Lane is the main road in Olenburg and is, coincidentally, the raod that leads to the exacution square.
This is, naturaly, the most well maintained road and only the rich and the fatest merchants live here
This street is also famous for it's Millita unit a fifteen strong grupe of warriors call the Heardsman's Lane Axes and with good reason!
This young men mostly merchant's second and thrid sons and eqyuiped with large great axes that are bolth tools and weapons
The Black Street is also a famous or I should say infamous name in Olenburg. This is the seedesi part of town were the worst tarvens, gambling and whore houses reside. It's rumured you can get allmost anything there but I would not put much stock in that.
This place is allso the bace of the Black Street Bashers. A thrityfave man strong unit of scum suplied by the Marlongost family the over all crime lords of Olenburg
In Klous Marlongot's words "We may be scum but we are also patriots"

Notworthy Buildings:
The most well known building in the Viscounty is the Olensfort. The Viscount home, fort and seat of power. Standing at six storys tall and nearly as wide, this large, squat, tower was at first just a humble border fort in the time of the three emperors. But as the generations passed it grew and grew and grew untill it is now today.
Though seen as a beacon of hope to some to others it is a scar on the land reminding them of the Viscount's harsh justice
The Chapter house of the Knights of the Sure Spear is allso well known and is a fort in to it'self with eaight foot high walls and and even a watchtwoer, armoury, and training growns that the bigger orders have though smaller
The Temple of Tall's Bounty is the main sprituril center for Olenburg and is seen as one of the safest places in the city
Another, though quite less, well known building is the Woogenholm A tall thin tower mad entirely out od vines, rood, trees and rock that lies just out side the city's gates in the near by woodlands.
This is the home of Jade Wizard Lord Hans the Grower and is seen as a place to bolth be feared and awed at
