With the help and encouragement of doc j I have indeed made my first model purchase on eBay in about 5 years. It was for 20 battle master beastmen and they will form up with my skaven battalion that was given to me at my last tourney I think. They are to be my chaos (1st and only) army and will be AoS (at this point some of you may think this should be in the unhappy thread 😺). The idea came from a realmgate book in which the skaven and beastmen were working closely together. As I said to doc, I probably would never do a full beastman or skaven army but the combo feels right. If I can find a shaggoth all will be well. As every dollar has to do the work of ten, I may be forced to do something about the crazy expenditure and get back into the hobby.
