Nice! My vacation is almost over. Though I shouldn't complain after 3 months. How old are your kids anyway?
The vacation after graduation, it's probably the longest vacation you'll ever have during your life, unless one would call unemployment (not likely for a doctor) or retirement a vacation.
My oldest is a boy of 2.5 years old, just learned to ride a bike with side wheels and a well of endless enthousiasm. And let's not forget cuteness, last week he was standing next to me in the kitchen while I was making preperations for cooking and he was shooing away a fly with "Go away you! Go away you!", only to add "I didn't mean you daddy, I meant the fly.". Meanwhile he likes to test his boundaries which can occasionally make him extremely irritating but so far he's found his parents to form a rather unyielding block to any whimsical demands.
My daughter is 1 year old. Walks around by holding the table or couch though she does stand up with no support in the middle of the room. She'll probably truly walk very soon now. Meanwhile she has just learned her first words 'mama' and 'papa' (unlike our treacherous son who started with 'opa' and 'oma') and tries to use one or both of those words to make complete sentences. It's amazing in how she manages to pronounce 'mama' in so many different ways. The most hilarious being a very disaffected "MAH-MAH!!" which makes her look like an angry muppet.
Edit: Edited to replace an embarrasing typo I'm glad Obi didn't strike me with.
