My mom just found the flashlight I've been missing for two months (fell out of my packet whilst borrowing their car) and she gave me a memory foam pillow when I mentioned I was thinking about buying one (didn't know they had one leftover)

Suspect it's no coincidence that this is being posted, when a thread, started by the same author of the post quoted here, was spouting negativity towards America, and that thread was closed just a little bit ago. Bringing negative garbage into this thread isn't the idea for this thread, and the view being espoused by the T.V. actor is more hyperbole designed to appeal to those who might provide only an emotional reaction leading to inappropriate action, rather than contemplative consideration and real movement in a positive direction to achieve improvement.

Seriously though, I assume the ignore list means you do not see their posts at all?
What happens if someone else quotes them?
And how does the thread deal with post numbering?

Mids, your an Administrator, albeit an elderly one. Okay, ancient. Therefore I will explain to you functions of the forum entrusted to your gnarled claws.

Ignore doesn't get rid of posts from persons you're igoring, it just doesn't show them. Instead of the post, you see a notification that you are ignoring this user. You do have the option to click to see what's in the post anyway, if you're so inlcined, but by default it's not visible.

If someone else is quoting that post, you'll be able to see it. It ain't that smart, unfortunately.

You see that they post something and can un-ignore the single post. Don´t know about numbering nor quotes.

Sorry that I appear that way, not my intention. At the same time, I don't understand the "ignore list". And whether or not I'm on the "ignore list", if a post has been made, and its ok for me to respond, then I might. And it's already been previously demonstrated that I'm not really being "ignored", because my posts are being responded to by the person that supposably is ignoring me. Besides, I'm with Midaski on this one, and even if I understood what the "ignore list" means, not sure I see a point in using it. Suspect we'll all get over it, too.
