Sorry, if we are sharing empire variants, I have:
Hochland army
Stirland army
Reikland / Altdorf army
Middenhiem / Ulric army
Cult of Sigmar army
Mercenary army
Araby army
Beginnings of a Cathay army (not assembed, but pieces assigned)

Different models / ranges give each a distinct theme...

I hope for most this topic is still relevant in this subject

Anyway for me Altdorf.. though it is on the todo list to reform to AoS. But will keep the color pallet (just swapping out bases)

Using 6th ed point values & legal army compositions...

Stirland army (3000+ pts)
Religious army, Sigmarite & Morr (1500+ pts)
Empire/DoW Dwarf detachment (3 units & heroes)
Halfling detachment (2 units & hero)
Kislevite detachment (2 units & heroes)
Tilean detachment (2 units & hero)

Extra artillery:
Talabheim
Ostermark

Plus a big baggage train, which according to the 3rd ed rules could cover the area of three separate baggage trains.  :smile2:

Ah!  I like what Zygmund did there listing the points and units.  Maybe I'll start a tally of some sort as I organize my hobby items.

Thanks for reminding me of a couple of other spots I have some figures to include on my list ...

In my mind, since the "official" version of the setting has been killed off, I've branched off with my own alternate setting. In this "Althammer" (as I'm referring to it) I've got several tiers (size & importance) of armies, and a couple of them fit the "Empire" theme, I think.

One being Marienburg, which I played in WFB 6th - 8th editions, and continue to expand upon in a "rules-neutral" sense. (I've used them in KoW and WFB3 since the "official" death of the Old World.)

The other is my own concept, the Jackrabbit Trading Company, a merchant company from Marienburg's hinterland (the Wasteland -- specifically the Little Country) that has a significant armed presence and becomes involved in regional politics/uprisings as well as following the original mission of guarding the overland trade caravans.

I'm currently prepping minis for a small force of "hill folk" -- rural rebels, bandits, etc. from the hill country on the Wasteland side of the Grey Mountains/Pale Sisters. Imperial hillbillies?

I'm increasingly fond of the idea of "regiments of renown" and have been thinking about painting up some other Empire/Old World regiments... a former Nordland regiment that's turned mercenary, official DoW  (I still have unpainted Pirazzo's Lost Legion & the Birdmen of Catrazza figures), maybe some more homegrown regiments.

Middenheim (13,000 points 8th ed)

My army is from Middenheim and the immediate surroundings, and is based on the idea of the army being overhauled after the siege of the city during the Storm of Chaos.

Last time I did a full, legal army list it was around 12,600 points but I've painted a few more models since then. I shall easily reach 13k next time I go back to it. Which may be soon.
