Averland Sourcebook - "The Electorless Province"

Does anyone have a PDF copy of the fanmade Averland Sourcebook called 'The Electorless Province'?

All of the dropbox links online are broken and it would so useful with some current fluff I'm writing.

 ... looks like a fan based publication from 2015.  Interesting that it was after GW's killing off of the Old World.

Someone just replied to me on the WHFRP facebook page and sent me a copy so I'm all sorted. Looking forward to reading through it :)

I would attach it here but max. file size is 192kb and the PDF is around 800kb.

If anyone else is interested in a copy let me know and I'll PM you a dropbox link or something.

Yes, please do.  I am an Averland fan, and hope to enjoy reading.

I recall there being a paperback book coming out with Averland. Something about a conflict over the Elector Countship.  Thought I had purchased it, but maybe not, or maybe it is still in an unpacked box of books from my last move.

Found "Sword of Justice" and "Sword of Vengeance", although that isn't what I am recalling.

Those could be separate from the one I am vaguely remembering.
